Enabling Two-Factor Authentication
Enhance the security of your Socialtility account by enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). Follow the steps below to set up 2FA.
Steps to Enable Two-Factor Authentication
Click your username at the bottom left of the dashboard.
Click Edit Profile.
Click Enable.
For security, confirm your password to continue.
Install a TOTP-compatible mobile authentication application, such as Google Authenticator:
Other TOTP authenticators can also be used.
Using the TOTP application, follow these steps: a. Scan the QR code or enter the secret key provided by Socialtility into the TOTP app. b. Enter the TOTP code generated by the app and click Confirm. c. Store your recovery codes in a secure password manager. These codes can be used to recover access to your account if your two-factor authentication device is lost.
Disabling Two-Factor Authentication
To disable two-factor authentication, return to this setting and click Disable.
