What Are "Leads"?

In Socialtility, a Lead is defined as a visit to your web pages that contain our 'Lead' tracking pixel. This pixel is provided in Account Preferences and should be placed on Thank You confirmation pages where you determine a Lead conversion takes place.

  • Customization:
    You can place the Lead pixel on different pages depending on your business needs.
  • Multiple Tracking:
    It’s possible to place multiple pixels on one page to track various conversion events.
  • Example:
    You might create a custom tracking event for eNewsletter signups by placing both a custom pixel and the Lead pixel, ensuring all relevant events are counted.

This flexible approach lets you tailor Lead tracking to your specific business model.
