How to Access Your Social CRM Database
Every user who engages with a campaign or Share Button is added to your Social CRM Database. This database tracks engagement, reach, sharing, and conversion activity, enabling you to identify leads and connect with your most influential advocates.
Steps to View Your Social CRM Database
- Click the Report Button:
- Navigate to the Reports section in the left-hand menu.
- Select Social CRM Database:
- Click on the Social CRM Database option.
- View User Details:
- For each user, see details such as photo, name, page links, email, status (prospect, lead, or customer), last post details, and various social metrics (e.g., Facebook friends, Twitter followers).
- Visit Individual Social Pages:
- Click on the page link icons to view a user’s social media page.
- Export the Data:
- Click Export to CSV to download the entire database for further analysis.
