Why Can't a User See All Posts in the Queue Folder?

Steps to Allow a User to See All Scheduled Posts

  1. Navigate to the top-right corner of your dashboard and click your profile thumbnail.
  2. Select Workspace Users from the dropdown menu.
  3. Find the user experiencing the issue.
  4. Click the Actions dropdown next to their name.
  5. Select Edit to open their user settings.
  6. Scroll down to the Publish section.
  7. Find the setting labeled:
"This user can only view their own posts in these screens."
  8. Check the settings:
    • If all boxes are checked, the user will only see their own scheduled posts.
    • To allow them to see all scheduled posts, uncheck all boxes.
  9. Click Save to apply the changes.

Controlling User Access to Posts

  • If you want the user to see all scheduled posts, ensure that the restriction settings are unchecked.
  • If you want to limit their access, keep the restriction settings checked, so they can only view their own posts.

By properly adjusting user permissions, you can control who sees what content while maintaining security and content integrity within your workspace.
