Steps to Restrict a User’s Access to Social Profiles

  1. Navigate to the top-right corner of your dashboard and click Workspace Users.
  2. Find the user whose access you need to restrict.
  3. Click the Actions dropdown next to their name.
  4. Select Edit to open their user settings.
  5. Scroll to the bottom and find the section labeled Restricted Social Profiles.
  6. Select the social profiles you want to restrict from the user.
  7. Click Save to apply the changes.

Example Use Case

If your CEO manages a Twitter account and only one team member should be allowed to post from it, you may want to restrict all other users from seeing or managing that profile.

You can add multiple profiles to the restriction list, ensuring that users only have access to the profiles relevant to their role.
