Updating a user's email address or password in Socialtility is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to make these changes.

Steps to Change a User’s Email or Password
- Navigate to the top-right corner of your dashboard and click your thumbnail image.
- Select Workspace Users from the dropdown menu.
- Find the user whose details you need to edit.
- Click the Actions dropdown next to their name.
- Select Edit to open their user settings.
- To Change Password:
- Locate the password field at the top.
- Enter the new password and confirm it by typing it again.
- Click Save to apply the change.
- To Change Email Address:
- Edit the Email field with the new email address.
- Click Save to confirm the update.
Can Users Change Their Own Email and Password?
- Yes! Non-admin users can update their own email address and password by navigating to User Preferences in their account settings.
