How to Change the Time Zone for Your Business or Users

If your posts are not publishing at the correct time or the clock in the top-right corner is showing the wrong time, you may need to update your time zone settings.

Changing the Time Zone for Your Business or Users

Steps to Change Your Business Time Zone

  1. Navigate to Workspace Preferences.
  2. Scroll down to Company Settings.
  3. Find the Time Zone setting and ensure it matches your correct location.
  4. Select the correct time zone from the dropdown list.
  5. Check for Daylight Savings Time settings (if applicable to your region).
  6. Click Save to apply the changes.

Time Zones for Individual Users

Each team member in your workspace can set their own time zone preference.

  1. Instruct users to go to User Preferences in their account.
  2. Find the Time Zone setting and update it to their preferred location.
  3. Click Save to apply the changes.

If a team member reports issues with incorrect post scheduling, remind them to check their personal time zone settings in User Preferences.


Changing Date Format

In the Workspace Preferences section, you can also update the date format to match your local area.

  1. Go to Company Settings in Workspace Preferences.
  2. Find the Date Format option.
  3. Choose the format that best suits your region.
  4. Click Save to apply the changes.
