How to Approve Campaign Submissions

Approving entries for your contests and galleries is straightforward. Depending on your settings, you can approve entries via email or in bulk through the platform.

Step-by-Step Guide

Approve via Email:
- If your campaign is set up for email approvals, review the entries in your approval emails and click "Approve" directly from the email.
Bulk Approval via Platform:
- Log in to the platform and navigate to the "Approve" section in the left navigation menu.
Review Entries:
- Use the tabs provided for photo entries, video entries, and text entries.
Filter Entries:
- Filter by "New" to view only pending submissions that require approval.
Approve Entries:
- Click on an entry to enlarge it for review, then click "Actions" and select "Approve".
Reject Entries:
- If an entry does not meet your criteria, choose to reject and delete it from the approval folder.
Repeat Process:
- Continue reviewing and approving (or rejecting) all pending submissions.
