Removing Facebook Accounts and Deleting Data

If you no longer want Socialtility to have access to your Facebook account, you can easily disconnect it and delete your data. Follow the steps below to remove the connection.


Step 1: Remove Socialtility from Your Facebook Account

To disconnect Socialtility from your Facebook account, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Facebook account.
  2. Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner and select Settings & privacy > Settings.
  3. In the left-hand menu, select Business Integrations or Apps and Websites.
  4. Find ‘Campaign Share’ in the list of connected apps.
  5. Click Remove next to the app name.
  6. In the confirmation prompt, check the box to delete all activities related to this app.
  7. Click Remove to finalize the disconnection.

Step 2: Remove Your Facebook Connection from Socialtility

Once you've removed the Socialtility app from Facebook, follow these steps to remove your Facebook account from Socialtility:

  1. Log in to your Socialtility account.
  2. Navigate to Account > Workspace Preferences.
  3. Find your Facebook account in the list.
  4. Click the trash icon 🗑️ to remove it.
  5. Your Facebook account will be immediately disconnected, and any associated data will be deleted from our system.

Important Notes

  • Once you remove your Facebook account from both Facebook and Socialtility, all associated data is permanently deleted.
  • If you plan to reconnect your Facebook account later, you will need to re-authorize access.
