Setting Up the AI Writer for Your Business

Steps to Set Up AI Writer

1. Open AI Writer

Click the AI Writer link in the left navigation menu.
If prompted, allow popups in your browser to ensure ChatGPT or other AI tools launch properly.

2. Launch AI Chatbot

When you click Start Writing, the AI Writer opens on the left, and the chatbot appears on the right.
If ChatGPT doesn’t open, check your browser’s address bar for a popup blocker notification.
Click "Allow Always" so future sessions are not blocked.

3. Choose Your AI Provider

The AI Writer allows you to use:
- ✅ ChatGPT (Default)
- ✅ Google Gemini
- ✅ Cloud AI
You can switch AI providers at the top-right of the chat window.

4. Set Up Your Company Profile

The AI Writer personalizes content based on your company details.
Fill in the following fields:
1. Industry: (e.g., Real Estate, Marketing, SaaS, etc.)
2. Product or Service Description: (Briefly describe your business and what you offer.)
3. Target Customer: (Define your ideal audience.)
4. Physical Location or Service Area: (e.g., "Orange County, California.")
5. Primary Call to Action (CTA): (e.g., "Visit our website at www.OrangeCountyHomes.com.")
6. Brand Voice:
  - Professional
  - Friendly
  - Conversational
7. Default AI Chatbot: (Select the AI tool you want to use.)
Click "Save" to store your profile settings.
The AI Writer will now use your saved business details in all generated content.

5. Edit Company Profile Anytime

If you need to update your details, click the gear icon next to the Company Profile section.

ChatGPT isn’t opening?
- Check your browser’s popup blocker and allow ChatGPT to open in a separate window.
Premium features locked?
- Contact our support team if certain AI Writer features appear red (locked).
Can’t access AI Writer?
- Ensure your account level includes AI Writer features.
