Steps to Run a Report

  1. Navigate to Reports:

    • Click on "Reports" in the left navigation menu.
    • The default tab is usually "Social Media Posts Reports", where you can view data related to your social posts.
    • Note: You can also run reports on other aspects of the software.
  2. View Data in Different Ways:

    • By Post: Displays a bar chart for each individual post, showing metrics like clicks, engagements, conversions, and more.
    • Charts Over Time: Observe metrics (e.g., clicks) over a specific period in a chart format.
    • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Provides detailed insights into metrics such as clicks, engagements, conversions, likes, leads, and sales.
  3. Filtering Options:

    • Filter by social network, date range (e.g., last 30 days), specific posts, or categories (e.g., promotional posts).
    • Customize which metrics are displayed; you can also add custom conversion tracking events.
  4. Data View and Export:

    • Switch to "Data View" for a spreadsheet-like display of your report.
    • Export the data to a CSV file for further analysis in your preferred spreadsheet software.
  5. Additional Options:

    • Print the report as a PDF or send it directly to your printer.
    • Export the report as CSV for offline analysis.
