Social Profiles Not Displayed
Why Are My Social Profiles Not Displayed on the Publish Dashboard?
If you're trying to create a post but don’t see any social profiles on your Publish dashboard, it may be because you're logged in as a sub-user. Social profiles will only appear if the main account holder or an Admin has granted permission.
Steps to Fix the Issue
- Check Account Preferences:
- Ensure your social accounts are added in Account Preferences.
- Sub-user Restriction:
- If you're a sub-user, contact the main account holder.
- Request Permission:
- Ask an Admin to go to Manage Users, find your username, click Edit, and add the necessary social accounts under Permitted Accounts.
