This streamlined approach helps you quickly switch between sets of profiles and manage them efficiently.

How to Use Profile Groups to Save Time Managing Multiple Social Profiles

Creating Profile Groups

  1. Select Social Profiles:

    • Choose the social profiles you want to include in a group (e.g., all profiles for Company A).
  2. Assign a Category:

    • Pick a category corresponding to the selected profiles (e.g., "Company A").
  3. Save as Group:

    • Click the dropdown menu and select "Save as Group".
    • Name the group (e.g., "Company A") and assign the appropriate category.
    • Click Save Group.

Using Profile Groups

  1. Select a Group:

    • When managing or posting content, choose the group (e.g., "Company A") from the dropdown menu.
  2. Automatic Selection:

    • The system will automatically select the associated profiles and category for that group.

Editing Profile Groups

  1. Hover Over the Group:
    • Locate the group you wish to modify.
  2. Click the Edit Button:
    • Update the profiles and categories as needed, then click Save or Delete if you want to remove the group.
