Steps to Manage Your Queue

  1. Access the Queue Folder:

    • Click the "Queue" tab next to the Publisher to view all scheduled and held posts.
    • Note: Once a post is published, it moves to the "Sent" folder.
  2. Filter Posts:

    • Use filters to narrow down posts by keyword, category, or type (e.g., held for approval).
  3. Bulk Actions:

    • Select multiple posts to perform actions such as deletion or approval in bulk.
  4. View Post Details:

    • Each post shows details like attachments, messages, category, and scheduled time.
    • Action options on the right allow you to copy, edit, approve, or delete individual posts.

By effectively managing your queue, you can ensure timely posting and maintain control over your social media schedule.
