Steps to Resolve Duplicate Posts
- Navigate to the Queue:
- Go to the Queue folder in your publisher.
- Search for Duplicates:
- Use the search function to find the post by its text.
- Review Repost Settings:
- Check if the post is set to be reposted multiple times.
- Adjust Settings:
- Delete the extra reposts if you don’t want duplicates.
- Alternatively, edit the repost frequency (e.g., change from every 3 days to every 1 month) or reduce the total number of reposts.
- Verify Social Network Settings:
- Ensure that options like “also share uploads” on Facebook/Instagram are switched off to prevent automatic cross-posting.
By adjusting these settings, you can control the frequency of reposts and eliminate unwanted duplicates.
